Carrie Ventrella
Originally hired as the office manager for ADR/Preferred Business Properties in 1998, Carrie Ventrella soon rose to the position of Property Manager, after becoming a licensed real estate agent. She currently supervises multi-family residential properties and multi-tenant office buildings. Her day-to-day responsibilities include hiring, training and supervision of onsite employees, obtaining estimates and overseeing all vendors and contractors, keeping up-to-date information on all laws and ordinances and implementing new procedures as needed. In addition, she handles property inspections and keeps abreast of the surrounding market. Ventrella is also course certified for mold, lead-based paints and asbestos.
