ADR/Preferred Business Properties presently manages 97 income (retail, office, industrial and residential) properties for more than 65 different owners and encompassing approximately 735,000 square feet of office, commercial and industrial property under management. Of this management, approximately two-thirds (2/3) has been under management for over ten (10) years.
ADR/Preferred Business Properties presently manages more than 700 residential units in the San Fernando Valley. Douglas Rickard, as principal of ADR/Preferred Business Properties, also represents a private investment group owning 17 mobile home parks totaling over 4,700 spaces in the oversight of their properties as well as actively looking for additional mobile home parks to acquire.
ADR/Preferred Business Properties' sister company, Nansco Management, currently oversees 51 single-family homes, 2 HOA's and 11 multi-tenant apartment buildings in the San Fernando Valley.
Douglas Rickard, as an individual, has developed seven industrial buildings, multi-tenant and single user, in Ventura County ranging in size from 15,000 square feet to 74,000 square feet. Total square footage developed was approximately 172,000 square feet.
ADR/Preferred Business Properties has been the responsible party in supervising the reconstruction of properties damaged by fire and earthquake or due to mandated governmental retrofits and converting unusable space to leasable space. ADR has also overseen the seismic retrofitting of over 150,000 square feet of industrial space.
