Monique Harrington, who has been in the Property Management/Real Estate industry since 2005 joined ADR/Preferred Business Properties as a Property Supervisor to oversea the company's IG Properties Portfolio. A licensed Real Estate Salesperson, as well as a Commsioned Notary for the State of California Monique has received extensive training in the areas of Fair Housing and preventative law. She has taken many classes in Business and Real Estate and continues to get the necessary training and education required to keep her license and knowledge up to date.
